Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Financial documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage.

AI Processing

Financial documents are processed by AI models to extract data and generate insights. Document content is not used to train shared AI models. Processing occurs within secure, isolated environments.

Access Controls

Only the organization owner and invited admin users can access financial data.

QuickBooks & Accounting Integrations

WhatIF Machine connects to your accounting software with read-only access. We never write to, modify, or alter your books. You keep full control of your accounting environment.

Data Retention

You can delete your organization’s records from within the platform at any time. To permanently remove uploaded source files from storage, contact us and we’ll process the deletion. Self-serve file deletion is on our roadmap.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising — ever.
